TERMS FOR GIVEAWAY

  1. Giveaway prize is a maternity or newborn photoshoot worth $500 (Whole Story Package)
  2. Session will be limited to 4 participants (2 adults & 2 children), additional participants can be included for a fee of $100 per additional person.
  3. Winner will be announced June 30th 2023.
  4. Winning Contestant has 7 days from June 30th 2023 to claim prize.
  5. Session must be booked to take place within 4 weeks of winner announcement.
  6. Session will take place in the Denver Metro area, one hour before sunset (usually around 7:30pm) if the winner chooses a maternity or outdoor newborn shoot. At home newborn shoots will start at 10am.
  7. Winner agrees to online sharing of the images from the shoot to include, but not limited to, Sapphire Skies Photography social media pages and website.
  8. Winner must be over 18 years old
  9. No purchase necessary to participate
  10. Sapphire Skies Photography reserves the right to contact Contestant using the contact information provided by Contestant at the time of entry.
  11. No transfer or substitution of the Prize is allowed. 
  12. Travel and travel related expenses are not included.
  13. There is no cash alternative offered. Exact prize is subject to change based on availability.
